What's your go-to circuit in the bathhouse?

I usually go with the Bathhouse Experience package which includes a stretch, massage, and scrub. After that, I listen to what my body tells me and go with the flow around the baths, saunas, and steam room. I also end it with a quick dip in the cold plunge.

Why is bathhousing a part of your wellness routine?

Bathhousing is a complete surrender to self-care. And we need that. I need that. Personally, I only know how to be 0 or 100. And bathhousing allows me to focus on me and only me.

What are your other favorite wellness PRACTICES?

I journal daily. Three pages a day! I started doing it after being exposed to The Artist's Way and have continued for over a year now. I also got into guided meditation which I try to also do daily.

If you could bathhouse with anyone, alive or dead, who would it be?

Corny… but my partner. Always. Or my mom.

Tell us about what you’ve been working on lately.

What I’m most excited for at the moment is the premiere of a movie called Secrets on Sorority Row that I’m in! Stay tuned for it this fall on Lifetime/Hulu!

Any favorite treatment?

The massages are LIFE CHANGING!! I never had such a deep and body-happy experience. The acupressure really works out all the stress and kinks I carry in my body.
